(bad) Decision ‘08

By manwhorlio

This is my first blog ever.

I just feel the need, after listening to the constant, nonsensical leftist banter on tv and on the radio, to vent.

Not many people that are voting for Obama can actually make valid points as to why they are voting for him, and that truely scares me. Everytime someone brings up Obama’s affiliations with terrorists, slum lords and felons, his supporters just shrug off the comments. It’s pathetic how ignorant Obama supporters are that they just disregard these facts, and yes they are facts, not allegations. His in-home meetings with William Ayers, his dealings with Rezko.

Obama has said that he would hold meetings with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea “without precondition”. Are you effing kidding me? For someone who cares so much about how America is perceived throughout the world, you definitely have little regard for the respect that a meeting with the US President carries abroad Mr. Obama. It seems to me that Barack is more interested with being everybody friend, and not stepping on any toes and quite frankly being a pussy and a pushover. What made this country so great, and what created it to begin with, was the fact that we would defend ourselves when threatened and oppressed…just like we did to good ol’ England in the 1770s.

Obama’s presidential campaign also gave $800,000 to an offshoot of the very liberal ACORN, an organization he was a lawyer for in the 1990s (http://michellemalkin.com/2008/08/22/acorn-watch-pt-ii-obama-hid-800000-payment-to-acorn-through-citizen-services-inc/). An excerpt from the ACORN website on what exactly they are suppossed to do: “Get out the Vote programs to make sure that ACORN members, new registrants, immigrant citizens, young people, and infrequent voters in low-income and minority communities participate in this historic election.” But what they have in fact been doing, is going through phonebooks and picking names such as Leon Spinks, Frekkie Magoal and Fruto Boy Crispila and registering them. In the state of Washington alone, 2,000 bogus applications were filed and three people from ACORN were convicted. The Wall Street Journal noted: “In Ohio in 2004, a worker for one affiliate was given crack cocaine in exchange for fraudulent registrations that included underage voters, dead voters and pillars of the community nameThe Wall Street Journal noted: “In Ohio in 2004, a worker for one affiliate was given crack cocaine in exchange for fraudulent registrations that included underage voters, dead voters and pillars of the community named Mary Poppins, Dick Tracy and Jive Turkey.” Also in Ohio, homeless people were given free transportation to register. In Orange, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, 135,000 people were registerd, 60% of them being Democrat. Again in Orange country, copycat registrations have been spotted, and one person was registered 21 times!!! But no, these issues apparently aren’t as serious as Sarah Palin’s $250k wardrobe, which the leftist controlled media has so frequently pointed out. However, they have neglected to point out is that she does not own that wardobe and all of it will be auctioned off for charity when all is said and done.

On the Palin tangent, people call her a “dumbass” because she’s from Alaska, has a funny accent, likes to hunt and a myriad of other reasons, none of which make valid points, all of which . The bottom line is, she actually has more experience than Barack Obama in leading any level of politics. He is elected for state congress and then federal congress. He shows up when he wants, and he hasn’t presented any bills or anything to Congress. So what has he actually done for the state of Illinois?? Organize communities I guess. Now that is definitely more qualified .:sarcasm:. than a governor and former mayor who supports and backed Alaska’s private sector gas pipeline.

Now to my arguement based on religion. It is shocking to see the amount of so-called “religious” people, mainly Catholics, that support Barack Obama. Now I understand that most of the people I’m referring to do not practice their religion, but affiliate themselves with a religion because of their family or upbringing, but even so, you cannot call yourself a Catholic, or a Christian or any other Judeo-Christian religion and support Obama. This is a man who voted against banning partial-birth abortion and voted in favor for expanding research to more embryonic stem cell lines. How a person of so-called Judeo-Christian faith support a man who is in favor of the butchering of unborn babies, whether for convenience or medical research reasons, is beyond comprehension. Even the Pope has stated so. Life begins at conception, so from any point thereon, abortion is murder and people performing them should be tried as murders. As Chuck Baldwin, running as the Constitution Party presidential nominee said, “Abortion is America’s national holocaust”. This country has basically decided that there is a group/type of people that are not fit to live and their lives can be terminated at will within a specified period of time.

Many in Hollywood left either promote PETA, or are against the war or against the death penalty, BUT they support embryonic stem cell research. Are you kidding me? How skewed and hypocritical is that…an animal’s rights are more important that those of a child? The murderers on death row that made a consciencious decision to take an innocent person’s life should be allowed to waste our tax dollars by keeping them alive and feeding them and clothing them and housing them?

These hypocrites are the ones on tv and on the radio promoting that you, especially young people, get out and vote for anyone, but they always manage to subtly work their candidate, Obama, into their spiel. Hey I’m on MTV, choose or die. Look at me, I’m a celebrity therefore I must be smart, vote for who I vote for. Pathetic what political compaigning has become in country and pathetic just how uneducated and uninformed is America’s youth that they fall for this garbage every four years. It’s almost embarrasment by association to be a young person in this country, but I can hold my head of high because I have made an educated and informed decision as to who will lead our country for at least the next four years. Unfortunately, I don’t think there are enough young people like myself out there.

Lunch time.
